Effective Date: July 17, 2026

Introduction

Emerald Arbor, LLC owns and operates its websites, products, and services but relies on independent providers to perform specialized functions.

These providers help us deliver secure, reliable, and scalable services while Emerald Arbor remains responsible for the customer-facing products and services it provides.

Scope

This policy applies to Emerald Arbor, LLC and the products and services identified on our Covered Products & Services page, unless a product publishes supplemental or replacement terms.

Why We Use Providers

We may use providers to support:

  • Payment processing
  • Website hosting
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Communications
  • Security
  • Customer support
  • Analytics
  • Artificial intelligence
  • File storage
  • Content delivery
  • Domain management
  • Automation
  • Marketing and campaign measurement

Choosing Providers

We select providers based on business, technical, security, privacy, reliability, customer-experience, geographic, and legal considerations appropriate to the function they perform.

The scope of review may vary according to the nature of the service and the information involved.

Providers may change as our needs, technologies, risks, and legal obligations evolve.

Independent Providers

Third-party providers are independent organizations operating under their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, procedures, and legal obligations.

Emerald Arbor does not own or control these organizations and cannot alter their independent policies or practices.

Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Paddle currently serves as the Merchant of Record for many Emerald Arbor purchases.

In that role, Paddle is the legal seller for the applicable payment transaction and handles functions such as payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and certain payment-related obligations.

Emerald Arbor remains responsible for creating and delivering its products and services and for customer support unrelated to Paddle’s payment-processing functions.

Paddle manages the transaction. Emerald Arbor manages the relationship.

Additional information is available in our Payment Processing & Billing Policy.

Website Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure

Providers may support website availability, application performance, computing resources, storage, backups, scalability, system reliability, and recovery.

Communications

Providers may support email, SMS, voice, notifications, verification, security messages, transactional communications, and customer support.

SMS enrollment, consent, opt-out procedures, and consent records are explained in our SMS Terms & Consent.

Artificial Intelligence

Some products or features may use AI providers for customer interactions, voice conversations, personalization, content generation, search, recommendations, summarization, organization, or automation.

The providers, models, settings, contractual protections, and technologies used may change.

Whether a provider retains submitted information or uses it to improve its services depends on the provider, configuration, and agreement applicable to the feature. Product-specific information may be provided when practices materially differ from the general framework.

Additional information is available on our AI Transparency page and in our Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Product Measurement

Providers may help us understand usage, measure performance, identify technical issues, evaluate product effectiveness, and improve customer experience.

Analytics information may include aggregated, pseudonymous, device-level, or usage information, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Providers may help protect against unauthorized access, fraud, spam, abuse, malware, network attacks, account compromise, and suspicious transactions.

Customer Support and Operations

Providers may help manage customer requests, account information, service history, technical assistance, internal workflows, and administrative operations.

Emerald Arbor remains responsible for the customer support it provides.

File Storage and Content Delivery

Providers may store or deliver documents, digital products, images, audio, video, downloads, customer files, and other electronic content.

Domain and Internet Infrastructure

Providers may support domains, DNS, security certificates, routing, website protection, and other internet infrastructure.

Marketing and Campaign Measurement

Individual products may use providers to manage communications, measure campaigns, attribute visits or conversions, evaluate outreach, or support advertising where used.

A product may publish additional disclosures when named advertising providers are used.

Provider Changes

Emerald Arbor may add, replace, or discontinue providers.

Material changes affecting personal-information practices will be addressed through the Privacy Policy or another appropriate notice.

Direct Interactions With Providers

When you interact directly with an independent provider, you may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Emerald Arbor cannot alter or waive another organization’s terms or practices.

Third-Party Links

Covered offerings may link to independent websites or services.

Emerald Arbor does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, or business practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, services, providers, legal obligations, or business practices.

When appropriate, we will revise the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of this page.
