Helpful Information

A useful report may include:

  • A description of the issue
  • The affected website, product, page, or feature
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • The potential impact
  • Screenshots, recordings, or other supporting information
  • Contact information for follow-up

Do not include personal information belonging to other customers unless reasonably necessary to report the issue.

Good-Faith Research

We appreciate responsible security research conducted in good faith.

Please:

  • Avoid accessing customer information unnecessarily
  • Do not alter, delete, retain, or disclose customer information
  • Do not intentionally disrupt services
  • Do not use denial-of-service testing
  • Do not send spam or conduct social engineering
  • Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate it
  • Allow a reasonable opportunity for investigation before public disclosure
  • Comply with applicable law

Our Review

We will review legitimate reports and may contact the reporter for additional information.

Submitting a report does not create a promise of payment, a bug bounty, a fixed response time, legal immunity, or a particular outcome.
