The refund or guarantee terms presented on the applicable sales page, order page, checkout, or purchase confirmation govern that purchase, together with this policy and applicable law.
Scope
This policy applies to Emerald Arbor, LLC and the products and services identified on our Covered Products & Services page, unless a product publishes supplemental or replacement terms.

Product-specific terms supplement this policy unless they expressly replace a particular provision.

Requesting a Refund
Send refund requests to contact@emeraldarborllc.com.
Include:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product or service purchased
- The order or transaction information
- A brief description of the request
We may request additional information reasonably needed to identify the purchase or evaluate the request.
Refund Review
We review requests according to:
- The product-specific offer
- The date of purchase
- The reason for the request
- Delivery or usage information
- Any applicable guarantee
- Evidence of duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized billing
- Applicable law
Approval is not automatic unless the product-specific terms or applicable law provide an unconditional right to a refund.
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds and legally required reimbursements will be initiated without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law.
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment provider and original payment method when practical.
The time required for funds to appear may depend on the Merchant of Record, payment provider, financial institution, payment method, and country.

Digital Products
Digital products may have product-specific refund terms because delivery may occur immediately.
The applicable terms will be presented before purchase.
Personalized Products
Personalized products may have different terms because work may begin using information submitted by the purchaser.
Any special refund or cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Software and Subscription Services
Software and subscription products may have product-specific cancellation and refund terms.
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a refund for a completed billing period.
Access may continue through the end of the paid period unless the applicable product states otherwise.
Trials and Promotions
Free trials, discounted periods, promotional offers, and introductory pricing may have separate terms disclosed before enrollment.
Unless required by law, promotional pricing does not create an entitlement to the same price in later billing periods.
Preorders and Delayed Delivery
A preorder or product scheduled for later delivery may have special cancellation or refund terms disclosed before purchase.
If Emerald Arbor cannot deliver a purchased product or service, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the offer and applicable law.
Delivery or Access Problems
Contact us when a purchased digital product, account, link, download, or service is not delivered or cannot be accessed.
We may attempt redelivery, restore access, correct the issue, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy before issuing a refund.
Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect.
We may coordinate with the applicable payment provider to investigate and correct the issue.
Unauthorized Purchases
Notify us promptly if you believe a purchase was made without authorization.
We may request information needed to investigate and may refer payment-related issues to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact Emerald Arbor before initiating a chargeback or formal payment dispute because many issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.
Nothing in this policy limits a legal right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
Abuse
We may deny a refund request where permitted by law when there is evidence of fraud, material misrepresentation, repeated abuse of a guarantee, violation of product terms, or an attempt to retain or exploit a product after receiving a refund.
European Union and United Kingdom Withdrawal Rights
Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days.
The existence and operation of that right depend on the type of product or service and the applicable legal requirements.
For digital content supplied immediately, checkout may request:
- Express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period
- Acknowledgment that the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins, when the law permits that result
- Confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment in a form the customer can retain
For services beginning during the withdrawal period, checkout may request an express request for early performance and may explain any amount payable for service already provided if the customer later withdraws.
A personalized product is excluded from withdrawal rights only when the applicable legal conditions for that exception are satisfied.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights concerning defective, nonconforming, unavailable, or improperly supplied digital content or services.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity, or consumer-protection rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, services, providers, legal obligations, or business practices.
When appropriate, we will revise the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of this page.
